Papi Paletas creates fresh, fruit-forward paletas and shave ice inspired by traditional Mexican recipes and flavors, with an emphasis on using natural, high-quality ingredients. We strive to source our ingredients locally whenever possible, shopping at Sacramento area farmers markets to incorporate fresh and seasonal produce into our flavors.
